Routine.
Rest.
Revision.
If its coursework
Only sleep when you crash.

I had a 5 shot venti Americano just before a final on thursday. I was falling asleep so bad in class from lack of sleep the previous night working on a 15 page group project that my group failed to do. During the test I had MAD jitters, and I couldnt focus the microscopes at all. After that I had bad stomach cramps all night and the next day, probably because the coffee burned off a layer of stomach lining. Today I finally had a pee that was more yellow than brown and didnt reek of coffee.
I dont do much for finals. I just study the practice tests and write down all the answers I can. Notecards work for memorizing small tidbits, but most of my classes are now about main idea concepts, like Proximate and Ultimate Reproductive Factors, Challenge Hypothesis, Hormonal Regulation of the Adenohypophysis and the dual role of Glucocorticosteroids in the CNS and gonads. All that and more for a test on Monday.
