Remember user and remember password thing on login

i know a while ago there was a "remember user name" feature at login but it was all just a sham because it never worked. i was thinking it would save us all about 3.2 seconds evertime we login if you made it so it can remember our login name and password so we can just hit login. your thoughts....

just delete your cache that way it will ask you again then say yes
