i'll start, I was bouncing with my friend and went to body slam him, he but his knees up and it knocked all the air out of me.

I was at my cousins house havin some trampoline fun. I was like 10 or something, him and his step brother are wrestlin around on the tramp and my cousin gets thrown off the trampoline and lands with his arm right on this rock in the garden, and his arm just breaks perfectly around the rock.. totally broken.
it was nasty as hell, it was one of those nasty breaks that stays all wierd in some disgusting fucking position. like you see on realtv or scarred.
and I was just right there sittin on this lawnchair sippin on some kool-aid.

my friend was just explaining to us how he cant do a backflip and never will. and my other friend who just heard it grabbed a wallball and threw it at his face after i bounced the kid who just said he cant do a backflip and never will. the ball hits him so hard that he does a backflip .

i got double bounced off of the tramp about 15 feet off the ground and fell all the way down but somehow my hands hit the metal side and i was curled in a little ball, so i grabbed onto the metal ring around the outside somehow and was just swinging there by my hands curled in a ball, to this day i have no idea how i grabbed on or how it worked like that.

Once i was on my freinds tramp, reall bouncy, and small, and has a net. So im like, Dylan (freind) watch my thuggin flair. So i took off on my heels, and landed outside of the net, flaired and everything, standing on the bar. I have no idea how i landed it....

ive done the same thing, only doing a rodeo. landed perfectly on the bar right in the middle of my feet. stomped. it was one of hte scariest moments for me, knowing that your floating away from the mat and it feels like your going off, but then you stomp it on the bar, and you shit your pants your so lucky.


also, heres a good one for all those who remember how fat i was back in the day:

i was jumping on my buddy's neighbors trampoline, cuz his neighbor's kids were all grown up (keep in mind under the trampoline were lava rocks, NO GRASS). so we are jumping and bouncing all morning, and then i get back on for one more go at it. i bounce as high as i can to throw a misty off my knees. as soon as my knees touch the mat, it rips open right down the middle and i slam into the lava rocks on my knees. the skin on my shins was basically gone, a couple parts here and there remaining. that fucking hurt sooo bad, the mat gave me NO resistance.

so yea, i was a fatty mc fat fat, and broke the tramp.

one time i was bouncing with my friend and i got that weird double bounce where your knees just give out and and you fall...well i didn't fall i two front teeth got stuck in my knee and i had to pull my head out of my knee.. it was a lil bloody.

i accidently backfliped over the net and hit my shins on the frame.

then another time i over rotated a double front and hit my face into the frame at mach 3(broken jaw)

almost bad.....

i was at some party with liek 6 other people on the tramp just fucking around and i got superbounced mad high and flew back a lil, ended up having each leg go right through the springs and me strattle the damn thing, my feet hit right before my nuts did, and saved my life. everyone went dead silent and then proceeded to die in laughter, was fucking hilarious but scary

i bent the metal frame, with my shin... skyed cork 7 gone terribly wrong. my leg sliced through the net, followed by my lower body, and my shin came crashing into the frame at mach speed.

I was doing lincoln flips when I decided to go home right in the middle of the flip. I opened up and landed on my head, suitcaseing from the bottome of my ribs not at the hips. I strained my back and felt like I caused some internal bleeding. I was fine.

i  just tore some legaments by landing on my ankle sideways on a tramp and rolling it, that hurt pretty bad. but when i got my trampoline, first minute it was up i did a backflip but my dad was on it to and he stole my bounce so to not die i had to do a back hand spring and i broke my finger pretty badly, and its all messed up now, i cant crack it or bend it back anymore

did a lincoln loop, underrotated, smacked the side of my shin on the metal bar and it got cut open and hirt like a bitch. my leg still has kinda a fucked up shape but you only know if u move ur hand over it. its like a -----^---- kind of deal

we put a basketball net over the trampoline and my friend drilled his head on the rim and got a nasty gash

when i was in 5th grade, i think that is like 10 i was on a tramp at my friends house, he was really fat and he would double bounce u really high, so we were jumping, and out of no where he double bounces me. I fly up where my knees go back and i lay out in the air, i land with my stomach straight across the bar, i like wrapped around it, hurt so bad

i tried jumping off a roof onto a trampoline...........but i missed and landed on a paved path and i broke my arm, tore my spleen and bruised my kidney............it was sore, i wouldn't recommend it

my friends tramp has those safety net things around it, so i was over his house an his lil bro an his buddies were bouncing around, idk how the fuck this happened, his little brother is in 4th grade same with his friends, but they managed to double bounce my friends brother clear over the net and he landed right on his back, we thought he was dead when we saw it, but he ended up just getting the wind knocked out of himself

i went for back to back backflips, unfortunately the trampoline was on slightly angles ground at the time..
I nailed the first backflip, then went for the next one right after i landed, but the angled trampoline threw me off balance and I SLAMMED onto the metal bar/springs. (at the time, there was no pad on the springs.. ouch.)
My knee had a huge bruise on it the next day.

my friend tried a double front and face went inbetween the springs soooooo close to the bar, he got off super lucky, one other time i tried to frontflip off onto the ground, yea, double bounce + ground/shoulder = FUCK

I did a misty 5 and drifted wayy forward. Landed with one foot on the tramp and one foot off, I ended up landing on my tailbone on the metal frame and chipped it (my tailbone)
It hurt to sit for like 2 moths after that

last year i had my tramp under a tree, youd climb into the tree and jump onto the trampoline...maybe like a 10 ft. drop. well i was just messing around and my 2 buddies are on. was just going to do a misty and they double bounced my after i hit i landed with my net inbetween my legs i saw it coming thought i was going to get my balls sliced but it just gave out and i flew off and landed on the ground it was pretty sweet...

we use to play this game where we would all jump syncronized then land on our asses at the same time and see who gets the bounce. well one time i was the one that caught the bounce when landing on my ass, and did a backflip and a half about 8 feet up and came down on my neck right on the metal outside of the trampoline. surprisingly nothing happened.
another time i was doin double backflips and on one of them i landed on my knees and arched my back. i remember being paralyzed from the neck down for about 45seconds. i thought my life was over.
