Member icon problems

at first: Ive used the searchbar!!!
second: my icon won´t work. I made sure I had the right format, even used http://www.html-kit.com/e/buddyicon.cgi , but no, it didn´t work.
Just always says: Icon dimensions must be 50 x 50 pixels.

if you would have read some of the threads you searched for you would know that you need to clear your cache to see it.
