This guy is super smart...or he just has common sense.
"Nothing is impossible. You are only limited by fear and even that you can overcome."
"a simple equation:
force of impact + force of steeze = 0
the two negate each other. for eric, stomping a 60 ft cornice switch is like jumping on a really soft hotel mattress." - ChronicF explaining why Eric Pollard still has knees.
hey i was looking at the SPK's and they seem like really good boots. I ride about 50% park and 50% all mountain, so i was wondering whether the SPK's are good all mountain boots or are they designed only for the park
They are designed with park in mind primarily, however that being said, theres no reason you can't ski with it out of the park, now keep in mind its a super wide fitting boot with a skate shoe style feel, so it won't provide a ton of response out of the park, but when you say "50% all mountain" are you doing serious carving/big mountain skiing, or are you just messing around skiing switch and buttering around... it really depends on what you consider as all mountain as well as how well it fits your foot, because performance is mostly defined by how well it fits...
