so my friend just won a local film contest. He got $1250 and wants to put it toward a new camera. the problem is, we dont really know what's good and what isnt. Is HD worth it? I heard that having 24p helps get a good picture. What would you guys recommend??
Chances are you're not going to find a decent HD camera under 1250...well...there are a couple...and also make sure you will be editing in HD and have a computer with a lot of RAM, a nice processor, and a lot of hard drive space because I've heard HD video files take up a shitload of space.
i happen to be selling an HDV cam for around 900, and it comes w/ everything you need! check it!
check for more info on it! comes w/ a tripod and case!
Facing your biggest fears, and being honest with yourself, and everyone around you makes you stronger and more respected. Stay true, dont hate, show love, and change the world.
I would highly suggest you dont get a HD camear...i hear the files are SOO HUGE that it takes your hardrive like that...boom...
i would spend an extra 1,000 dollars and just get a vx2100 or somthing along that line...bceuase with white balance you can play with shit to make it have such a good pictuer...
yeah i would do that
