Luongo and the Sedins complemented by one of the best defensive cores in the NHL bring the Canucks back to the playoffs after last year's absence.

Best PK in the league, stingy defense all lead me to believe that the Canucks will win in 6.

Which serves to back me up: Canucks fans are the worst bandwagon fans in professional sports.

Hockey fans live in places like Toronto, Edmonton, Montreal, and, yes, Calgary. That's right, CALGARY has better fans, and Toronto? No one from Vancouver has any fucking clue what being a hockey team fan is about. Go ask someone from Toronto, they'll tell you about dedication to a team, caring, and genuinely hoping your team wins. Shit, they've been waiting what, 40 years now for another cup? Toronto doesn't do much of anything right, but at least the losers over there BLEED blue and white. The only thing fans here bleed is sushi and white towels, which, coincidentally, YOU DID NOT INVENT. So stop telling the fucking world you did.

I was on Granville today, and I wanted to punch every single Canucks fan I saw on the street in either the vag or the balls, just because they suck so fucking much, just like your precious hockey team.

You know Simon, I don't see any reason for you to repeatedly open this thread just to be a shit disturber. I don't see why you think being loud and obnoxious is compelling when you're trying to make a point. It comes across as a false front for the self-confidence that anyone who knows you is well aware you don't have.

You seem to want to get angry about everything you see. Maybe because you're just an angry person, maybe in an attempt to get people to pay attention to you (though given your self-esteem problems I don't know why you'd want that), maybe to distract yourself from the issues you have in your personal life that you don't want to confront. I don't know. But in any case, it's pretty sad.

You need to realize that it is no one's purpose in life to put up with you. It's incumbent on no one to deal with your anger. Now you can blow up again and spit meaningless insults, but you're deluding yourself if you think anyone (who doesn't take perverse pleasure in watching you embarrass yourself) wants to see it. My suggestion is that you calm down, work on your issues and rejoin the discourse when you're able to conduct yourself like an adult, because this routine is really tired.

that's bullshit and you know it.   did it ever occur to you that some of us don't have hundreds of dollars to go dropping on watching a game?  i've only been to two canucks games in my life, but i'm a fucking hardcore diehard fan.  i've always been a huge fan, even during the tough years.  last season, i watched every single televised canucks game from start to finish, no exceptions, but i wasn't in GM place because i can't afford it, so don't go telling me that i don't give a shit during the regular season.

I just flat out don't like JD May at all, so that's clear.

Hockey is annoying because it creates traffic jams, pisses me off, my loser roommates are super into it, everyone I know stops talking about anything at all other than what the fucking Sedins are having for breakfast, what they should do before games, or how their fucking new "deke" is gonna annihilate the Stars, or blah blah blah.

All I ever fucking hear anymore is "canucks this" or "canucks that", and it's really, really, really fucking annoying, boring, and for fuck's sake, a hockey jersey is only appropriate to wear if you're PLAYING HOCKEY. Do not wear it to work, do not wear it to the bar.
