i swear by this...just after your done drinking, make a semi concious effort to drink as much water as possible. just down it till you feel sick. then no hangover in the morn. i heard that hangovers are partly becuase of the severe dehydration from all the alcohol

what I ususally do... not purposely but because there are like 10 places to eat on the way back to my apartment... After I drink a lot I usually end up getting a sub or like pizza before sleeping. And eating and drinking stuff other than alcohol before bed really helps the next day.

i've had one lastin for like 2 or 3 days. it was horrible. like 10 beers (i was only like 120 lbs) and 4 cheap cigars. it was disgusting

yeah blazing helps i think, because im only 160, downed an 8 pack of molson cold shots and half a mickey of rhum and no hangover whatsoever. its the first time ive blazed before drinking so it must be connected somehow.

you just described how to get "the spins"

a pretty much sure way to puke in 30 minutes or less from 1/2 as much brew would make you yak.

drink water the night before, and eating food is good.
If you have bad headache the nextday you can really do anything, but if its just the semi sick stomach just reef a little herb.

Drinking water does help major. Smoking helps a lot too but it makes me pass out really quick when i mix the two if im already fucked on the beer or Hard A

i didnt read the rest. but wake up 2 hours before you have to get up, and chug a glass of water with 2 vicodin and 1 soma. you'll wake up like a champ!

water water water water water.
drink some before you go to bed, then have a bottle next to you. i usually wake up about 3 or 4 hours after i go to sleep wanting more water, but then i sleep, get up normal time and im fine.

worst one i had was earlier this year, drank wayyy too much...(couple of mixers, beer, and wayyy too much bacardi) mixed drinks...didnt eat.... was on medication.... couldnt drink water, i would just throw it up. not a very fun two days.

on wikipedia there is a huge lsit of possible hangover cures. i don';t remember any, but i'm betting on water being the most effective every time. gatorade ahs helped me out too.

yeah.  I basically felt like I was gonna.  It was awesome for 2 mins.  Then I couldnt walk anymore.  everything was spinning and I was real dizzy.  so I layed down.  My heart felt like it was gonna stop.  I was sweating and short of breath.  and I felt like this for an hour.  then I went outside into the yard to hurl.  then I curled up in the backseat of my car and slept.  it was fun till I smoked the blunt.  its cool to do it the next morning tho to get rid of the hangover.

I've only ever had one hangover in my entire life, and I make a point of only having breakfast (400/500 kcal the entire day) before a night out - eating is cheating my friends

Ways to avoid hangover:

1. Build up an alcohol tolerance.
2. Drink water before you go to bed.
3. Cheeky kebab after a night out.
4. Tactical chunder
5. Man the fuck up.
6. Don't wake up the next day. Literally sleep through the hangover stage
7. Paracetemol
8. Have sex the next morning. The endorphins cure the hangover

i have a system that works well for me.
throughout the day drink a lot of water, and have a nice big dinner and you'll be fine.

it also depends what you drink.
with beer getting a hangover is way less likely then if your drinking liquor

i tried that but i slept straight through my alarm

the water method works well. when you get up to pee like 6 times in the night after drinking just drink a glass or 2 of water each time.

I only get them when I have beer and liquor in the same night. If I stick to one or the other I am usually fine.

blazing in the morning when you are hungover helps, anyone who thinks blazing the night before has any effect whatsoever in getting rid of your hangover is fooling themselves.
