Brandywine... It will most likely suck but it's skiing in April plus they are giving the money away to charity. Probably the only time you can hit rails at Brandywine and not get cut off by 8 year old kids.
After Brandywine closes on 3/11, we will be pushing as much snow as we can to the bottom of Champagne, RJ and Downdraft... so that in a few weeks, we can put rails in from the bottom of Frosty all the way over to the lift between Champagne and Grizzly!
When that happens,
we'll reopen Brandywine for rails only on a Saturday and Sunday from
9am-4pm. No lifts, no rentals--just jibs, sunshine, spring air, Ski
Patrol, and maybe a little grilling outside if it's nice out. The cost
to come out and hit the rails either day will be $10--BMBW passes can't
be used for entrance--and all proceeds will go to charity.
The date has not been set yet, but it should be 2-3 weeks after Boston Mills closes.
