What did you learn in college?

Lets say if someone asked you about what you have learnt in college, what would you respond?

I would say beer games, hangovers, ship mecanics and making food without getting sick.

What I've learned thus far:

-Cokehead roommates are not good
-Frats (the ones I know of) are used as permission to act like an immature asshole for 4 more years. I'm sure that there are many fraternities (not frats) that aren't this way.
-Chemistry sucks
-Online Classes are bad if you have a tendency to forget to do stuff, such as take online quizzes.
-Ordering pizza every night will make you fat.
-This pizza habit will also waste your mealpoints very quickly.
-hockey games are wicked fun.
-I learned a solid medical vocabulary.
-I learned that the medical library is the best, quietest, and cleanest place on campus.

that it's possible to never do shit for school on fridays and just go shred instead!
how to maximally distract in beer pong/beirut without showing any nipple.
that goggle tans do not attract the general male populace.

lots of impractical things, too -- a better writing style, an understanding of the nervous system, how to make epoxy etc.

First ratemyprofessor.com Check it before signing up for classes, get the easy ones. Check the reviews and get the teaches who only give like 2 tests and no HW. Read the book and show up for the test, get 70% or better and get the fuck out.

I should also say i have a great learning memory, meaning I wont remember a specific thing(like a #) but will remember how to do it. I never took notes in any classes, not in HS eithere, and I dont study. It does me no good.

You will figure you own ways to cheat the system, its basicly like HS.

the buddy system helps too. have friends in your classes. preferrably friends who are really knowledgable and intelligent and then they can a) teach you and b) let you copy off them.

I'm working on cheating the system, but for some classes skipping all the time is really hurting me still... it's getting better though. I have improved my 'ruit skills by at least 50%, and I have learned where to buy drugs. Pretty educational, thus far.

in the past year i've learned that about 40% of my time is spent skateboarding, 20% is spent going to classes, 30% is spent sleeping, and 10% is spent partying. Now it's Saturday night and I'm lying in my bed with my laptop, drinking a beer, eating Craisins, and not writing a history paper. Film school is pretty sick.

but if i had to boil it down to a few things it would be this.

everyone likes you in your own skin if your comfortable there, everyone wins in beer pong, and its completely possible to smoke too much pot.

so far i've learned:

that if you pretend to have a genuine interest in the subject you study and have seemingly genuine engaging conversations with professors outside of class, you can still manage to make the dean's list and ski 4 days a week.

if you pop two vitamin c's and chug a gatorade you can drink all night with no hangover

bowl appetit's pwn cup o noodles up and down and sideways!

battlefield 2 is the best excuse not to do your homework ever

don't ever take out your bong post-6 pack

-some classes help you after college
-beer pong and bowling leagues are a must have
-how to plan drinking activities 5 nights a week and make a 3.5 gpa

second, if you gots no napkins, do ripe you hands on you pants, then everyone will know your pants are dirty. wipe your hands in your pockets then only you will know its dirty.

3rd dropping acid @ 3 in the morning is a bad idea no matter how you look at it.


4 you are not responsable for any of your actions if it was done after a yucka night.

(for those who dont know what yucka is)
take an empty 2 gallon jug, (hawaiin punch jugs work great or those huge wine jugs) fill bottom 2 inch high with sugar. fill remander of jug with ice and 2 lemons cut in quarters. fill jug with vodka (preferably the cheapest you can find i prefer vladimir) cap the jug. shake till all sugar is desolved. sit in cirlce tkae a drink and pass the jug. repeat till jug is empty. you cannot leave the circle till jug is empty. yucka is normally endulged in as a preparty boost, so by the time you get to the party you already slammed

food at my boarding school really did suck
too much free time can be a bad thing
always check peep hole before opening the door (there could be a cop about to knock on the door)
If you're nice to people they are likely to be nice back (this applies especially to any sort of authority figure)
memory doesnt affect your pot.....wait, did i say that right? i cant remember....
perseverance is key.

frat houses are dirty
frat parties are crowded and smell bad.
Your friend will constantly be saying "I want to play beer pong" but the line will be at least 40 people long.
Frats only let guys in to the party if they bring a girl.
If a party has two kegs they are put next to eachother by default making the line for beer twice as long.
Shit gets really dusty in your room if its something that doesnt move very much.
I learned how to take a bus.
My roommate has a cock ring.
