K, i haven't ever really hurt myself.
and yesterday in volleyball tryouts, i fell back
and i landed on both my wrists, it hurts like a bitch.
And at a birthday party this fag ass chick everyone hates. she kept jumping on me, i was so pissed at her and she kept being stubborn!
Just made the night even worse.
I hope they're better by monday.

my cousin broke his collar bone on thursday... so two days ago. just so happens that his last race before JO's was yesterday. he had already qualified he just had to race yesterday but now hes obviously not doing shit. it sucks cus he worked really hard and was gonna do well. one of the kids on his team ran into him while they were trainin and the kids helmet did the damage.

netball grand final on the saturday. undefeated for the whole season.
wed beforehand, school sports- i wasnt meant to be playing cause i already had knee problems, but they made me. ended up with me reinjuring my knee, and not being able to play for more than 10 min out of 40 on saturday.
we won though, so it was ok.

Yeah im real sore from skiing all day then i have a huge ass bruise on my forearm from fuckin east coast ice. I was throwing down the hardest ic ould cus winter was "over apparently, now fuckiing DC gets 3 inches when i wake up.

just tape up your wrists really well and you should be okay. i have been there, having blown out my knee wrestling right before conferences (the tibia and fibula separated at my knee) and i still wrestled through it, having my leg taped straight. I made it through conferences.
Just remember that pain is mental, you can block it out!

last year i tore my acl on the warm up of the biggest competition of the season, fucked my shit up for about 6 monthes, and i would owned the competition had i not hurt myself. shit happens to everyone. it could be worse.

I was ranked as one of the better baseball players in New York State and was recruited to play Division 1 baseball for West Virginia University, a top 50 team in the big east conference. For my high school championship I tripped running out a single and fell breaking my wrist. When the coaches at WVU heard they wanted me to go on as a recruited walk on, therefore I still had to try out. Well I hadn't played in 4 weeks and to make matters worse my alarm clock didn't go off and I was over an hour late to day 2 of tryouts. Needless to say I no longer play baseball and everything I worked for from when I was around 4 yrs old till my senior year of high school was thrown away. I was extremely depressed and didn't do school work and I got a 2.7 first semester and a 2.4 2nd so my grades got fucked up to. I am over it now and am back up to a 3.5-3.7 but the thought of it still hurts. I think the worst is how I disappointed my parents.

No I feel you!! I never have gotten hurt but I got really really sick before swim state last year... and it was my senior year in high school. It sucks but you just have to go with it...dont let it get to you mentally. I still made finals in my events.
