ok, i took them at the beginning of the year. im in 8th grade and i had never taken algebra or advanced math before and i shot just over 1000. this isnt right; im quite smart, but it shouldnt be this easy. im not complaining though. im not in highschool yet and i did better than some of the seniors at our highschool did this year

1000 isn't that stellar big guy, it's out of 1600 as I'm sure you know. I do believe that 'legally mentally retarded' is around the 1200 mark.

no a 1200 will get you into tons of schools...but by just putting your name on the page you get 200 points...were they the SAT or PSAT cause their is a difference.

You can take the SATs through Johns Hopkins University when you're in middle school. I took them in both 7th and 8th grade, and scored 660 on math and 570 on verbal in 8th grade.

PSATs are easier for some, but not others. They have 2 English type sections so if math is your strong area and english isn't, then it screws you. Most people move up 200 points from what they got on their PSATs to their SATs

i got in through the Johns Hopkins talented youth thing. a 1200 will get you into plenty of schools, and without knowing shit about algebra or geometry, just over 1000 isnt bad at all
