Lay on your back, and twist your leg across your other leg keeping your shoulders flat on the ground.

hold on to the back of a chair (while sitting in it) and twist your body around, or my favorite:
lay on the floor facedown relaxed and have someone push down and up while you exhale to crack it. don't push on the backbone, and relax- its one big heave

lay facedown then slowly push up with your hands, but keep your waist touching the ground

Have a big black guy give you a hug so when he squeezes, your back cracks. or sit in a chair and bend you back over it.

School desks. They are a godsend when your back gets stiff in school...

i cant crack my back sitting down but i can standing up...just go against the edge of a wall or something, stand with your back facing it and twist and use the wall or chair or whatever to help crack it around a little more

not above your head and behind your shoulders, but twist your arms around like you're hiding something behind your back

Bridge indeed, bridges (lying on your then thrusting your hips up) are the best things for your back; wall walking is good for you too, also doing bridges and then resting on your nose and crossing hands across your chest is awesome for your back and neck

make an 'X' across your chest with your arms and have someone preferably bigger than you ceom from behind you and bear hug you.....then as you exhale, have the person behind you lift you up and then have them lean back, all in one fluid motion.
if your really stiff you can feel your back cracking like 20 tiems

the desks at my school are ideal for cracking your back, the chair is connected to the desk so you just push on the desk really hard

My boyfriend has me lay facedown and then has me take a big breath in and then out and he pushes down on the sides of my spine while i exhale.

Crack your back on the chair, it is defiantly the best way to do it. Feels good afterwards too.
