SKi Boot Sizing

I have a 317 mm shell what size boot is this. couldnt find a converter on google.

shell is a 27 so depending on the liner its a 27 or a 27.5

where is the size usually on a boot. and nomen its a lange racing boot.

Check the tag on the liner, or stamped somewhere on the side or on the sole. It's on the shell somewhere, maybe try looking inside too, seems like my old Langes might had it on the inside of the upper cuff, can't remember exactly though.
