toilet paper: how do they wrap it so tight without breaking?

i was takin a shit yesterday and i realized something. toilet paper is really fragile stuff ya know? so how do they roll it up so tight without it ripping? and its so perfectly rolled on there too. and if it rips during the manufacturing process does it tottaly fuck up the machines and stuff? anybody got any ideas on how tightly rolled toilet paper is possible?

Thats a pretty wild thought.. But, im sure that they know how much force it takes to rip the stuff, and they use a force just a bit less to wrap it up, that way it wouldnt ever rip...

im gonna go to the toilet paper factory and dump a bucket of water all over the machines so the toilet paper gets all weak and falls apart and i ruin their whole evil plan...

So shit tickets are made on huge roles (approximately 10 feet long) and then cut into the size you get at the grocery store. Now, one might think that the paper is still fragile, even in a 10 foot width, however, its simply a matter of the rollers being calibrated for tension. And yes, they do occasionally break.

I worked for Kimberly-Clark on an internship and thats what I made, ass wipes....
