get some one to back over it with a truck and then stick it out of a moving car at 100 mile an hour as it hits a light post....that should do just fine

lots of supplements (not just calcium...iron, all your vitamins) lots of protein from red meats and fish will help and above all else make sure you are getting more sleep than you need. Like 10 hours a day...that's when the majority of the healing process takes place.
