Any way to get rail stains out?

i fell on a rail in my white jacket, and it doesnt bother me, except the stain is on my shoulder so it keeps catching my eye haha. any way to remove it?

I had some, then I wet the coat down, and rubbed a stain remover like lysol on it until it came out. It doesn't completely come out, but it works really well.
