i have been goin for like 6 weeks now since baseball got over and football started, and i go about 3 times a week, plus football workouts at school. Im fat so I planned to lose weight but now i am just getting heavier but i lift way more i way like 185 and am 6 feet tall

i hate lifting wieghts cause its hella boring, so i climb whenever i can (about 2 times a week) i swim, bike, run once in a while and do 100 sit ups and 50 push ups every night, just so i dont get fat.

Like eKeane, I do a lot of outdoor physical workouts like climbing, kayaking, hiking, and whatnot. I do get to the gym quite often, though. Actually, I just got back. I used to be obsessive about working out because I was in a ton of sports for ten years. I'd go to the gym and do all of the machines for an hour and a half, and then I'd swim laps for an hour and a half. Good times... Anyway, I love working out... makes me feel good.

i started a couple of years back to get bigger for hockey. one year in pee wee i was an unstoppable hitting machine cause i grew tall fast but then everyone caught up so i started working to keep it up. so then i quit hockey and now i life alsmost daily. i've gained about 20 pounds since. and i still play soccer and beer league hockey.
if my knees get better i thinking about taking another go at playing some college hockey like div 3 or something. Thats part of my motivation for the gym.
I used to be so small so it made no difference coaches would always just right me off but in the last 2 years i went from like 5 foot 2 to lik 5 '10 which is enough size now to play hockey.
oh yeah. if you want to get in shape take up lacross. i just started playing recreationally a while back and i wig\sh it was available to be when i was younger. by far the best team sport after hockey.
Yeah, well, during school (which is over) I had 45 minutes a day of lifting... for almost 200 days.. So i lifted tons, i got a lot bigger from that. I dont do any Gym workouts and stuff over the summer but work my butt of at work, and mtn biking and stuff is a good work out too
I go to the gym twice a week for school soccer, but i do pushups and situps at home, and run whenever I dont have soccer. Why would anyone run on a treadmill? Its so stupid, you dont go anywhere and its so amazingly boring. Go outside!
well...1 hour of weight lifting a day in school (got my bench up to 115)...then i usually would go to the gym every night and do stair steppers for 30 minutes and situps for 30 minutes...now it's just stair steppers for 30 minutes, situps for 30 minuts, and freeweights for 30 mi nutes...daily.

i used to work out.. last year.. every day... for a year.. it's so gat damn boring. eat well and exercise and you will stay in shape. contrary to most people's thoughts, skateboarding keeps me in hella good shape. it's hard to go at that for hours and hours and hours straight... i play squash too cause i get anger out and run a lot. who needs gyms.

marching band is actually pretty good excersize. You get big calfs from all that walking. If only band wasnt so dumb. Golf is pretty good too. Unless you use a cart but that makes it a little more interesting. Hahaha donuts.
what? band aint dumb, and it's pretty friggen hard to carry a mellophone how they make you...like mouthpiece at eye level, elbows out...you get killer abs and shoulders. Some who've never done marching before might disagree, but they just don't know what they're talking about. =P
