When the roads are clear and if they're snowy, etc?

it also depends how fast you go, if its snowy, usually takes me about 45 minutes, not snowy around 30, to 35, there always seems to be lots of cops to, someone told me it was the state patrol training highway, so usually around 35 mins....

i agree with this. my reccord is 18 minutes from my dorm to the center for the arts. usualy like 20-25 though.
