FS: 190 Gotamas with 912s

i want to get rid of my brand new 190 gots. they're mounted at +3 from the sidewall I or 9cm back from center with brand new 912s for a 326mm boot sole. the left ski was mounted once before for a fritschi binding while it was a display in the shop. they are the black 04/05 model with the bhudda on the tails. the setup has never been skiied.

make me an offer please.

haha naw I was just saying that usually people who are tall enough for a 190 need a binding with at least a 15 din.


Im only 5'8" and I ride FKS so I just naturally assumed that someone waaay bigger than me would too.

i ride FKS' on my other skis. i got a good deal on the 912s and wanted to keep the setup light.

i'm 6'3", but only 160 lbs. usually rock a 10 din on my pow skis.

^wrong. My p12 Looks on my jib skis are cranked on 12, and I still pre-release all the time. I really want to get some FKS bindings for the park.

I have FKS 155s on my Jp vs Julains and the din is on 13 and its perfect. I only release when needed.

Probably because...hmmm, you have them set at the max, it's pretty common knowledge that you have a greater chance of pre-releasing if you have them cranked to the max, it puts to much stress on the spring and they won't release consistantly.

dude they were on 10 already, I pre-released even more. I know the rule of not going to high but having them on 12 causes the least releases! Im kinda fucked either way with this binding...

How heavy are you dude? Most people don't ski hard enough to need a DIN higher than 10...(if I rememeber right) the human Tibia will spiral fracture at a DIN of 14...maybe you aren't landing straight? Not saying you can't ski, so please don't take it that way, but the P-series has the most elastic travel of any binding that I know of...it just seems weird that you'd have such issues with this binding pre-releasing.

There is no way you should be pre-releasing like you say you are, unless you're bombing HUGE shit, I'm 6'3" and 160lbs, and I've never turned my bindings past like...9 I think.
