i want to sell my lease for the rest of the year...anyone interested or need a place?
its a private bedroom and bathroom in the basement of a nice sugarhouse place. its a nice big place behind westminster college shared with two ladies and a guy that all live upstairs. 400 a month.

its just one room...but its really big and its attatched to a living room so lots of chilling space. the lease goes through end of may

no, utilities arent included but they arent much. also its a super big living area so the money is worth it.

Ok theres a change which makes it cheaper...the room available is now upstairs and you would share a bathroom with one other guy. 335 a month + utilities
