Record to CD?

i have some records that arent on cd that i wanna transfer..
does anyone have any idea how to do this?..with the best quality possible?

spend about 400$ to get a good quality soundcard that has a good sound capture/line in. once you you are done spending painfull amounts of time recording each song onto your computer, burn baby burn!

spend much less money on an adapter that hooks into your microphone slot, record it then you can run it through a program that takes out the hissing and pops don't know what the program is called but it shouldn't be too hard to find.

Get it done professionally - it will work out cheaper than buying good equipment and you'll get a better result.
