Problems w/ the addicts

I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem w/ the 06/07 fischer addicts? with the top sheet coming off. or do i just have a defect pair?

so i started riding mine a bit harder, and that happened too. and then i didn't land a 5, and the heel piece ripped out. shitty.
