did anyone watch the gagnier video right next to that one ("sur un run") from the tignes airwave? that last trick is wild. i've never seen that done before. if gagnier wasn't a rollerblader, maybe he was a figure skater.

I have heard it called "Squirrel with many nuts". Haha such a sick trick. I wish they made foam skis to practice with on a tramp because I have been doing this grab in the air on the tramp with my corks. Gonna try it out on the ramps, or out west this season. Its such a smooth flowing trick. It's all in your legs too, the grab just tweaks the shinnan out of it.

Make sure you stretch before tweaking.

i think gangneir is really really good, i just dont like his wierd ass tricks like this one, and that thing where he crosses his legs in that competition, thats not progression, grinding on his knees or whatever he does isnt progression, i could slide a rail on my ass and call it progression but i dont. the shit he does isnt very creative, 1 foot grinds, crossing your skis on rails, floping your body on boxes in random positions, its all shit everyone has thought of.
to me it all looks more like figure skating than skiing.
