clipless pedals have clips in them, and you wear a biking shoe with a special cleat on the bottom, that clips into the pedal so you are connected to them. it works different muscles and really helps your speed. they're great.

I def prefer the Fuel 90 WSD but whatever they are both hot
it def excersizes your muscles...but if you ride one mile at 3 miles per hour what's the point. def depends how much you push yourself and what you do
'Clips' are toe clips, the plastic ones. So really clipless pedals are clipless. Basically you have platform pedals, platform pedals with toe clips, or clipless pedals. Clipless pedals have an SPD, not a clip.
My feelings are hurt now, an ass mongrel, I dont know how I can ever get over this. I was explaining a basic concept, now I understand your dumber than a fucking stick of shit, so please next time before you post something try to realize this. Please dont ever post again, someone as stupid as you should not use a computer, unless your mommy helps you next time. Thanks for your time.
whatever man, you can go buy a specialized with similar interests for less money and better parts and a proven suspension design, ie intense, titus, and other high end bike manufacturers pay royalties to use specializeds suspension. also specialized also has a lifetime warranty on all of their frames regardless of what bike it is, dont matter if its a 250.00 piece of shit or if its there 4000.00 big hit dh bike. that shows that they are confident in their product and its also strong wher eit coutns. a lifetime warranty is unheard of on a full suspension bike norm is like 3-5 years, let alone a freeride or dh bike with a lifetime warranty. so check yourself, that bike is a pile of shit.
