I just cut up a bunch of jalepenos and habeneros and without thinking, picked my nose and also went to the bathroom. I burn in so many places; How the fuck do I fix it?

Its going to sounds weird, but put sour cream in your nose, and any other parts that are buring. Not only is cooling, but since its a milk product it won't spread and dilute the buring like water. My past experience was when I was dared to eat a jahlopino(sp) pepper sandwich that I made of two nacho chips and 16 pepper slices. In result, I ate sour cream, and there was no more burning.

It wasn't a full on nose-pick, although I am guilty of that too at times. I blew my nose and did the nose pinch afterwards. It burns. OUCH.

I concur. The basic pH of milk products will neutralize the acids of a spicy food! taking a shower (cold) will only numb the pain for a pit, but the oils are still in your pores and will burn away until you sweat them out or somehow get rid of them. sp is jalapeno
