these people are currupt as fuck. they sent me a $127.85 hard drive and it was broken. i shipped it back to them for warrenty, they lost the package and now they are avoiding repsonding to me. i have been waiting since may 26th (when they signed for the package) for them to send me a functional hard drive. they keep telling me "we lost it, what do you want us to do. talk to your post office" it's fucking bull shit. tracked to their possession. they don't have any contact informaiton except their email and a "live" chat that no operators are ever present at.
what are you suppose to do in this situation. how can currupt people like this get away with it.

Call or email ebay to see what they can do, they are there to help. One of the reasons why ebay is used so much is because it is a secure place to buy and sell items.

yea i contacted them. i actually purchased this hard drive on 3/4/2006. recieved it roughly two weeks later, found out it was broken. asked them how i should ship the broken hard drive to them, which took a while to get a response. finally got a response, shipped the hard drive mid-May. and it arrived at their place on 5/26. gave them some time to respond. they were very delayed. once i got the response of them telling me they didn't have it and that they weren't going to ship me a hard drive, i emailed ebay. they only cover the item for 60 days. it's been like almost 5 months since i bought the hard drive.
i wish i would've bought it with a credit card, i couldn't just requested my money back from visa. then they would've had tofile a claim to get the money the stole from me, but i paid with an eChech through paypal. i will never do that again.

yeah two years ago i bought a laptop from an ebay store and i didnt know it was refurbished becaused it said it was brand new. so when i got it, i saw that screws were missing and the keypad would just fall off. it had a warrenty on it but when we called the company for the warrenty , they said for us to go away and they never called or replied back

usually you leave feedback when you see the package. i left positive feedback for my people....and since it was jsut broken i thought everything would work out fine.
