this is horrible yesterday at around 10:30PM I got the hickups. I tried everything from drinking without breathing, to counting, to reading and tons of other things finally at 4:00AM I was able to stop the hickups and go to sleep.

this morning I woke up with a hickup. ive had the hickups since 8:00AM this morning and it is now 12:32pm


FOR MY LAST 10 WAKING HOURS I HAVE BEEN HICKUPING EVERY 5 SECONDS.

this always works for me, seriously, also try holding your breath till you almost faint

thanks that worked.

I would have tried the peanutbutter thing but im at work and dont have access to any. ill try it next time though

If you put a pinch of sugar on your tounge and down a whole glass of water without breathing they go away. Works everytime for me.

I remember seeing that guy on Guiness who has had hiccups for YEARS. It freaks me out so much now whenver I get hiccups.

have every person around you to tell you to hiccup constantly. if noones around, do it mentally to yourself. works every time for me

no of the above remedies work unless you think it will. Its all pyscological(sp?). You could do a whole ritual of shit that works for your friend but wont work for you unless you believe that it will work.
