Release Settings

Alright i actually used the searchbar, so no complaints about it....just wonderin what you all have ur biding's release setting on and wy you prefer it that way, mine is on 6..i like it cause its not to tight but not to loose, and it'll stil pop me out if i bend to far in the wrong direction

it depends how big you are i guese! i have mine on 11 and i only rarely come out, i just find it real anoying when your gonna land something and you come out

My boots are just welded to my bindings because my legs are so diesel that my bindings will rip out of my ski before my acl rips out of my knee.

My bindings are at 8 and I weight 140lbs. I can easily kick out of them but they never prerelease and they never hurt my legs.

Usually around 8-9 unless it's a powder day, then 10-11. That's on looks though, I skied salomons at 13-14 and they didn't hold nearly as well.

Depends on what bindings you use. I find that if you are on any look/rossi product, you have to put that shit TIGHT. When they were at 7, i woul prerelease all the time. So i have it up to 11. On salomon, i have to put it lower, they hold soo much better.

ya, the go that high, or even higher. mine are at 35 for park and 56 for big mountain.



but really, 5'11 140 and im at 9 all around

my twins are set at 8.5 and my atomic supercross are at 9


thats already like 3 above what im supposed to have it at
but i hate popping out while teaching a class (instructor...)
once i slid down the hill.
anyways, im cranking them up another 1 to 1.5 clicks

I used to think that 8 was good for park but then I started actually hitting bigger jumps and started popping out...so the verdict is as said...

im 155 and usually keep mine between 8 and 9...i only pop out when theres twisting or a bad fall. i like it there. theyve never fallin off for no reason

im 170 and usually keep em on about 10. they pretty much only release when necessary. oh, and they are comp 14 salomons.
