Eating healthy?

so who on here actually tries to eat healthy? i do, my cousin and I are staying at the ebach for the summer with my granny and she loves buying us crap to eat and we always tell ehr to buy healthy food and like she doesnt so we made a big list aout foods we wille a and then theres a forbidden list on it too,its pretty funny.

I defiantly do.

I found myself looking at labels all the time. i try to stay away from sugar and sodium alot.

i actually make legit breakfast too, not just cereal. its not hard, and its worth it

o fo sho, i eat so much fruit. i buy a container of fresh pineapple and strawberries everyday for lunch. its soo good. i also rarely eat cookies and just substitue with mad good veggies like asparagus

word.. fruit is the best thing ever!! but watermelon has a lot of sugar in it so i stay away from that
haha and when i was little my mom told me that if i ate a black seed a watermelon would grow in my stomach.... so i never really ate it hahah :D

I ate fastfood like 3 times a day and now whever I eat my heart hurts like hell, so im giving up fast food and eating healty and I feel better already.

I eat super healthy. You feel so much better when you do. AND, in the last 6 weeks, just from eating healthy and keeping the same exercise plan (and adding lifting 4 times a week) I've gone from a size 36 pant to a 32.

I eat healthy when I can, half the time I'm at work so i just run out to mcdonalds or somethin. as long as you live a fairly healthy lifestyle like exercising a ton and not feeding yourself 100% crap it's not a big deal. And if you don't wanna be fat stop drinking soda and have juice instead, that alone is a big help.

Since the heinous experience I had with the almost-freshman-fifteen this year, I've been trying way hard to eat healthily. It's actually way good, and more pleasant, I enjoy it.

No WAY! (how do you have an almost freshman fifteen, it either happens or not. it doesn't have to be exactly 15 pounds. some people over shoot, some under.)

Yea I eat fairly heathy. I don't find it hard at all. Like I find it super easy to not eat bad shit. I don't have crazy eating habits or weird "cravings" like girls do. I just eat what ever. Food is food to me, so you might as weel eat the health stuff.

i love fruit, especially like the red grapes when there hard and firm, not all gross and squishy. but i love fruit salad. i cut up oranges,grapes,bananas, apples,perasr,and peaches and mix it all up. i could live on it and never eat anything again and be happy.

yea i dont really eat healthy. if ever i just feel like eating ill go make a sandwich of grab a handfgul of cookies. but im really active so i wear all that shit off and keep a lean body. so FUCK YEAH enjoy shit food while you can!
