Not sure if there is an amount that is too much. The first year our hill had a 24 hour race skiers were consuming 20+ in a night, which was when redbull had just come out and we didn't fully understand the effects of it. I had 22 in a period of 10 hours, and when i finished the race at 12 noon i went into the woods and hurled a green that shouldn't of been in my body. I thought it was from exhaustion and over doing it the whole night, but it could possibly of been to detox it out of my system. Moral of story is if you want to ski 24 hours, try gaterade, lots of water, sunflower seeds, oranges, and massive carbs in any way you can find them.

all energy drinks are so terrible for you. after having that many i can assume your heart is achin pretty hard after having it pump so fast for so long. energy drinks are stimulants, but one every few days there not to bad, i just cant imagine drinking alot of them and having a terrible heart when im older
