Pollard, Andy Mahre, and i think Zach Davidson have done off-axis sw 3s in various movies. I dunno if i'd actually call them corked. It's definitely possible (but hard) to go off axis. i tried a few this year and landed them all on my back.

rainville in PYB does a solid switch three that's a little off axis, but not quite corked. other than that, i've never seen one
