How dou put videos on your ipod?

we have a cd with all these burned MP4 videos but when i drag them into my ipod...it appears they load...but then aren't on my ipod. wtf...can anyone help

make sure that you update the ipod.

use Videora to convert files for the IPOD.

then just take that file and drag it into a folder. I name one video and drag them all there.
