its all different muscle sets, but all around, probably triathletes or rugby players. climbers, gymnasts, rugby and soccer players are all extremely fit as well

triathletes and water polo players..

a few years ago, they tested the most fit olympic athletes, and the water polo players were them.. but outside olympic sports, i'd say triathletes.
