stress relief for me either involves going to a friends house and making fun of him, i feel better he/she doesnt
or beating a tree with a bat, it makes me feel better
yeah i definately do a couple laps of my street then come home and lift for a while, its exam season so ive been doin that fairly often for the last few weeks
yeah when im stressed i box. i realize im a very small girl but i've got a pretty mean punch because im stressed often. so i hit the punching bag and go to town on it.
yeah, i like to just keep maxing out. if im home alone and something is really pissing me off i might give a shout here and there, feels soo good when im done
