you gotta do:[IMG]picture location[/IMG]
the picture cant be off of ur computer it has to be from a website.

your using the url address (https://www.newschoolers.com/ns3/web/content/pictures.php?img=78667&) and you need to use the location. right click the pic-->> properties -->> location (http://media.nscdn.com/uploads/member/pictures/1149041181hat.gif)
and i think everyone messes that up at first
