they are really good with that kinda stuff, there are tons of stories on here about how they sent new skis real quick. all the skis i ordered for next season are armada's. there solid skis and a good company
The armada warrenty process for me wasnt so good for me... first i emailed the company explaining my problem on how the top 5 inches of the ski the edge had came out. They promptly emailed me back asking for pictures.so i sent another email with pictures of my ski. Once again, they promtly emailed me back and said (from the actual email)
"Thanks for sending us the photo. It would appear that this is under
warranty, but I do need to know a couple of things. Do you still have a
proof of purchase? We need that to move quickly through this process. What
is the condition of the other ski in the pair? Please let me know as soon
as possible. Thanks again."
I gave them all the stuff they asked for and I never heard from them again. I would MUCH rather have them flat out say that they arent going to warrenty then agree to warrenty them and ignore me. i dont really care tht much cuz i rode my skis pretty hard for about 70 days, thts why i havent made any threads filled with capitals and ! 's on how shitty armada is when really they arent that bad (it appears most peoples warrenty issues went through fine), and i will still proably buy from them in the future.
