Marine Engineering/ Naval Architecture.
In other words, I'm gonna design boats.
It's on the water front.
We live in a mansion.
It's free.
I'd be amazed if anyone's heard of it (though you should have) and be absolutely blown away if anyone else is going there (considering they take roughly 25 people)
