Grass Stain on ski
Here in wisconsin (or at least in the part I do,) we get barley any snow. when we do, i usually go to the local dump-turned into a ski hill. But this year, it hasn't been open. I just got new boots, so to break them in, i was just messing around in my backyard with my skis and all. since the 1/4 of an inch hardly covered the ground, grass was visible. I have some used old public enemys, and i have huge streaks of green (grass stains) all over the bottom and some on the topsheet. Do you guys know any thing that won't corrode the ski or mess up the wax on the bottom?
There's base cleaner all over the place. Just look around online, or go to a ski shop
i'm sure it'll come off as soon as you ski a run or two for real.

yeh man just ski around for like 2 hours and it should all be gone...i have white bases and mine were like brownish-black at the end of last season but now after 2 days of skiing they are fine...barely anything...it is all cosmetic and noone even sees it so i wouldnt worry about it.
i think the funniest thing in the world would be to see a fat girll whos a bitch just fall uncontrollably down a mountain-ATLANTISKI
where do ui ski at????
use wax remover.. it takes off EVERYTHING
its no big deal, it will come off after a couple runs
yeah me and my buddy do end of season mud runs through grassy mud at WIlmot, it comes off after a few runs
yeah mud runs at the wilmot kick ass. i love to do switch ups on the rainbow mud hill. i cant wait for this year's mud. that is when the candides will shine.

candides?? not gonna bust out the butter zones on the mud.
My bases have changed from white to a light brown color from dirt and rocks and rust last year.

just use a base cleaner, and if that doesnt work, just hot wax your skis. that should get it off.
Yellow wax then immediately scrape
