When I attempted college the first time, I was an Art Education Major with a plan for a minor in Psych so I could post grad in Art Therapy, but then I had to drop out and ended up working in hi-tech. Needless to say I quit that and am now back in school in a Ski/Board Industry program.

Ideally, I'd like to blend my experience on snow, with my hi-tech background, and blend in some ski industry stuff as well, haven't figured the whole thing out yet though.

geography. i'd like to concentrate on resource managment and analysis as far as geography goes. ultimately, i want to do my thesis on the effects that heavy snowmaking has on the ecosystem and landscape surrounding a large ski resort...working in collaboration with, say, whistler. and then after i make a kickass 4th year project, i get to write my own ticket with the resort, because i'm basically going to be creating my own job position.

yeah, thats my plan.

Engineering here. I don't have major yet, but next year i'm probably going to choose mech eng and business management (dual degree).

Chosing what you want to do is prety tough, because its going to cost you a lot of money to go through with it, and your stuck doing it for at least a few years if you dont like it. Think long and hard and dont do something because its "easy" or because you couldn't decide what you really loved.

well, if i go to college its going to be for business, but i dont know if i am going to go. i'm thinking more along the lines of just start working at my dads, until he gives it to me, (which he will) and then just keep racing dirtbike, hopefully at one point i will be able to just manage the garage without even being there. but the good thing is i know i will always have a 7-figure job when i need one, should be pretty dope.

Elementary Teacher Education.

I've been interested in teaching since like 6th grade, but I wasn't sure if I wanted to do high school or elementary school. I decided on elementary school and like it a lot...minor in special education, discipline in english. Going to go for my masters while working my first couple years so I can pay for it as I go...you make no money as a teacher which sucks, but the benefits can be good and with a masters and a couple of years under my belt I will make decent money.

We'll have you dead pretty soon.

I'm a BCOM with a double major in finance and management. I graduate in one year. Originally, I was in computer science at Carleton U in Ottawa but I really didn't like the school, profs, program or other students in my programs (uber nerds, I didn't even know that level of geekdom existed) so I transferred schools and programs. I first decided on Marketing and Management but I decided marketing wasn't for me. I love math so I transferred to finance. Luckily, thats also where the money is.

I want to get my MBA asap, but I need at least two years experience. Oh well, I'll have a chance to pay off student loans before hand.

journalism (print emphasis) with a soc minor that i could make a double if i wanted too. i picked that cause the only thing schoolwise i dont mind doing is writing, and i never had to take a math class in college, but now i really like it and have had some success, so im happy with my choice. it doesnt really matter that much what your major is, at most entry level jobs that is, just that you had the dedication to get the piece of paper. that is what companies look for.

Im currently in Classical studies and Drama. I dont know what im going to do with it though. Im probaly going to take some buisness classes - maybe get a minor in that and eventually one day own and run a theater.

I think I will probably go to law school and then get a major in economy with a minor in political science. I'm pretty sure that's the best way to go for politics, but I still have about a year to change my mind. After all, that is still a long time to keep going to school (even if a degree only takes 3 years in Quebec).

when i go to college or university i want to take whatever classes i can to become a child psychologist, or become a cinamatographer (sp?) for ski movies. if i dont go to college seriosly ill just become a terrain park manager, and whistler summer digger

yeah i'll agree with this. i basically fucked up my freshman year by starting out in aerospace enginerding. now i'm doing integrative physiology and will still graduate on my original four-year plan.

after college i'm thinking about getting into dive physiology research. i work in a dive shop now and there's so much cool stuff to do within the sport and so much we don't know about it yet.

Anyway, a gas station we pass. We got gas, and ran off to get grub.It was a nice little pub in the middle on nowhere. Anywhere woulda been better. I ordered enchiladas and I ate 'em, Ali had the fruit punch.
