This year I decided to buy myself a pair of Dynastar Trouble Makers which means I'll be spending a lot more time in the park. Unfortunately, I don't really know the first thing about jumping.
My largest gap was across a service road (8-10') but what I'd really like to learn is how to spin and flip. Could someone help me with the basics? Any good instructional videos out there? I don't have access to a trampoline and I know that's a crucial first step.
start doing spins off of small things, like in the kiddy park jumps (yea i know, gay, but it works) once you can 360 off of ANYTHING start with the bigger stuff, get comfy in the air and shit, it'll help a lot
yeah just start trying little 180s and 3s off small jumps. if yo ucan land a 180 just standing on the ground you cxan easily spin 3...just pop a little set your spin wiht your head and shoulders (not just head) and then try to stay relaxed for the landing
Please, stop making skiing into a soap opera. This isn't the OC.
it's actualy not legal to shoot someone for coming on your property. Not all people from america are jackass rednecks. Just our president
