I've beginning to get lower back pain and it really hurts whenever i walk. i think i got it from serving in tennis cuz i lean back to much. but its my lower left side and it kills. anything i can do besides advil and waiting
do situps and shit. i stress fractured my back skiing a couple years ago. You gotta get your abbs strong and do alot of stretching.
Look up stretches on the Internet. There are all kinds of exercises you can do, but you have to actually be motivated and do them regularly if you realistically expect improvement.

stretch your hamstrings i had the same problem and i went to the PT and they told me 2 stretch my hamstrings and it worked like a charm

have someone punch you in the chest as hard as they can, i know it sounds wierd but it works
