So I used to be pretty fat all through middle school and up until my sophomore summer, and i was finalyl tired of being embarassed, so i just started eating MUCH better, and running lifitng etc. Then i didn't have time to lift and run throughout the school year and all, so i kinda just stuck to dieting and the sort, but now it is my senior summer, and i have been running, dieting, lifitng, and doing all kinds of stuff to get stronger, and more muscular.
I have been following a pretty tight plan I made up for myself, and it is working fucking sweet. I am getting noticable results really quickly, and now that i really thinned out, my main focus has been getting stronger. I have added alot of protein to my diet, and i am starting to get defined. I never thought i would ever be able to get in good shape, but it seems like things are really coming good.
I just bought a 60 lb punching bag, and some gloves and hung it in my garage, along with a full weight rack, and bench/squat rack, with other misc. lifts on it also, and its fucking dope. I now have a golds gym in my garage, and i live on a MONSTEROUS hill, so running hills and stuff is perfect. Watch this football season I will be killing people.
