how many of you go to the gym? and how often do you go? i try and go every day to do cardio and i have a trainer once a week and we do pretty much everything.

i go three times a week, alternating upper and lower body, but i play baseball so on game days i just do cardio stuff for about an hour

i go 4-5 times and do weight traning, core, and cardio. but i think its better to go outsidde or play sports than go to the gym every day

i train at my house. weights and then i run 4 miles a night to get in shape for dirtbikes....but i get to take time off now 8-), yay for vacationn

I don't go to the gym cause I can't drive but I do like 10 chin ups on my chin up bar in my doorframe every morning and like 16 before I go skiing or skateboarding......I know, I know, 16 ain't much. Im unfit.

I live in a place far far away, where on occasion the telly tubbies will come to play....and that's when Ma gets out the shotgun. Damn critters climb in our gutter system all the time.

right now i'm biking everyday (weather permitting). usually ride 10 miles to the woods and then a couple miles through the woods and 10 miles back home. i do push ups and sit ups every day too, right before bed even though i know thats not the best time to do them but i can never remember to do them at any other time. i used to run a lot but i can't right now due to a healing ACL

i go as often as possible rotating between arms, legs, uppper body strentgh(like abs and back muscles), and cardio

my parents are poopers and wont buy me a gum membership so i lift weights at home, do crunchers and some pilates shit and then walk 3 miles with my mom every night. gay iknow

i have a membership and i used to go a lot but then the summer came and i broke my leg and got lazy. but i usually just do classes because i hate being in the room with all the other nasty sweaty peopld and sketchy old me. but i do pilates kickboxing and yoga
