Will some one hit this fag in the face? Reading the latest article on Cr in the new freeze mag made me sic. The kid thinks he's the shit, but his style is whack. Correction he has no style. What does he think he is, black? He's just some rich white bitch who’s trying to copy the likes of JP walker. This is the last thing that skiing needs. Those who represent us should develop their own style and not dress like a wana be fuck.

I agree totally... but you know what. I don't think we should worry about it. I don't care whether you look like Douglas in ski movie 3 with the Ghetto boy look. If you are skiing for the love of skiing then more power to you. Do what you love, don't listen to anyone else.. just be you and love the sport. If we all do that it'll be ok

What the hell is wrong with you guys. Who are you to say what style skiers should use and have, let each person be who THEY want to be NOT what YOU want them to be, cause otherwise that would make them SELLOUTS and then you'd bitch about that.
CR is the shit, that kid never did freestyle got a pair of 1080's and it came with a little promo. vid. So he decides to learn ON HIS OWN all the stuff the pros are doing. Then in his first year pro. he is the first guy to throw a 1260 and 1440, the guy deserves all the respect and credit in the world.
When your one of the best skiers in the world then you can act and dress the way you want to, until then shut up be yourself and let the pros do their thing.

I think it looks like crap, but if they ski the way they do? which obviously they do, let them. who are we to tell the pros what they can and can't wear? It's their jobs to get us to wear what they do. SO, basically, don't buy it!!! simpe as that.
and douglas' and vinnie's change of image were definatly one of the highlights of sm3.

i remember using my friends tight race suits one time. i was in line to get on the lifts and everyone was making fun of me. little did they know, i was doing it for the fun of it. i challenged one of the kids to a little jump contest. this kid thought he was the shit and thought i didnt have a chance. well i proved that fugger wrong. from then on him and his friends havnt made fun of anyone just beacause of the way they look.

the way i see it, the younger generation of up and coming skiers are gonna be the same as CR. one of the main reasons for this is marketing. if you saw THE FRONTLINE you know what i'm talking about. no one wants to see a plain exterior on a skier anymore, they want an extremist on either side of the lifestyle, either some wannabe gansta or a fucked up looking punk. it's eaiser for someone to look like a thug than a skid so that's the way it's gonna be.
