Candide's segment song from way back

So i was watching TV and in the background on this one show they were playing this song and i rememberd hearing it on a candide segment from a video around the same time of like salad days or happy dayz or something like that, and i wanted to download it cause its the bomb.
It's got a chick singer and i think the song is in another language, but the chorus is just her going "bom bom, babum bum bom bom, bom bom bee dum, bom bom..."
If you have any ideas lemme know.

Sounds like his song in Royalty, which came out the same year as Propaganda (2001). But unfortunately I have no idea what the song is called.
