Aesop getting huuuge

Well I was doing this research paper today about how much MTV sucks ass and whatnot. I had to go to their website to look up some basic facts and I see Aesop Rock as #4 on their top videos (not like on TRL some list on their website, but it wasnt an underground list, he was ahead of the ying yang twins by one place)...what the fuck is this? Did I miss something?

if that were punk music i would honestly think and say that. but since its rap...mmmm whatever. it is dissappointing yes, but as long as they leep their music the same. mtv is jsut downright not what punk is about. rap is not quite the same

Christ dude its music, who cares what its "about' or the lifestyle they live. Id go on mtv too, youd make a shit load more money. Music is just supposed to sound good, I dont see how it being on a particular TV station can totally ruin it for you.
