you gotta research the shit before you do it. some will have different side effects than others. some may not even give off side effects. if you start triple dosing and shit like that then it gets dangerous but if you do it right and dont fucken around with it then it can relatively safe

we learned about them in pharmacology and toxicology, I recommend human growth hormone, it has a lower occurance of side effects than Anabolic steriods, you might as well just do lots of creatine drink protein shakes and lift, unless you are too impatient to wait a few years to get big

i donno guys i dont think you really need them, you're better off just lifting and stuff, if you do it right and intense enough you'd be surprised at the results... i've grown alot and gotten alot of muscle since i started...

yeah i know they're amazing and stuff, but as of right now i'm still in hs and stuff and i play football, i'm a 150lbs starting lineman. the temtation is all there to grow and become a huge guy and make it all easier, but to hell with that. i dont really need all that stuff, i've been doing fine the way i'm going now

yes sir. i'm real fast, and pretty strong, but i'm not done growing, i'm a freshman, this year i was 130lbs and was the starting offensive tackle on JV and the starting nosegaurd. next year i'll probably play varsity, and most likely be a starting d-lineman. its really just how quick you are and if you can get in the backfield, you dont have to be that big. plus its alot more impressive to be able to bench 50lbs more than you weigh rather than your own weight ;-)

creatine can screw you up too. the safest thing is to load up on protein and lift a lot. as with anything else, don't over do it.

don't do steriods, no matter what anyone on here says theyre bad for you, especially if you're still growing, plus they mess up your testosterone. have u ever heard of roid rage? that's a result of testosterone mood changes. plus u have to do twice the amount of wokring out for the roids to have effect, they don't make weightlifting easier for you. and not to mention chicks don't really go for the guy who looks like an ogre and shoots up before liftin' weights.

Personally, I have experimented with NO2, and the results i got were good. It opens the blood vessels in your muscles alot wider, and allows for more bloodflow into eeach muscle. More bloodflow=more nutrients for each cell. It increases the effiecency of anyhting else you are taking, (protein, Hormones, creatine, etc.) and you literally see your muscles get bigger when they start working hard. After a good hard set of lifitng your muscles will be pumped and be very big, and this is when max bloodflow is reached during lifting.

As with anything there are side effects, but in order for anything to have any positive effect, you have to follow the specific plan to a T. You can't just pop a pill here and there and expect it to work. You have to eat right, work hard mostly, and use the supplements in the correct way, and correct time. Also its good to know what you are taking and what it does exactly, so do some research before you try anything. (Newschoolers is not research)

Whoever said HGH (human growth hormones) are ok is wrong. while they do build muscle, your internal organs are also growing at the same time. for example look at a lot of pro bodybuilders, they have huge guts sometimes called hormone guts. if your serious about using HGH, anabloc steroid or even precursor steroids (aka: andro, m1t, 1ad, 4ad, ETC) them wait till your atleast 21 at the least, preferably 25. and before you take any of the above research the hell out of it and make sure your cycle is correct, eat more then you can imagine and dont forgetto take some tyoe of estrogen blocker as you taper off your cycle to try and combat the gyno (aka: bitch tits)
