if you're using iTunes, Napster, Real, or any of the other major ones that are around a dollar you'll be fine. The .10 a song ones from out of the country are a little sketchy though.

^^ I can almost guarantee that he was sued for SHARING, not downloading. So far everyone that has been in a major suit with the RIAA have only been people that share large amounts of stuff.
