i have some loyalty to saloman as their stuff has been great to me. i weigh just under 130 and am looking for a ski in above a 161 and below like 175. i ski in ontario, and prefer a light softer ski, something with a lot of play. so yea if anyone has any tips on wut i should look at tell me!
and if you have bought off proctor jones if u kno anythin bout em speak up.

im thinkin maybe 169 fujatives, 167 stls, or 171 invaders, i dont know if you want a center mount ski or what though, out of what i listed id say probably 169 fujas but a lot of skis would probably work
Little Jibber has his head on staight. Just pic one from his suggestions, and save some money.

$500 a waste for skis you are just going to destroy? Not true, skis are meant to be wrecked mans. The most damage you really get are cosmetics like topsheet and shit. And edges too, but they get dulled down right after you buy them anyway.
Mans this sounds silly, but my setup, was like $900, I have never once tried to prevent any damage like that, Hell I ski on gravel when need be and the only core shot or (scratch for that matter) is from a real rock on a real run.
I hate it when people buy "good skis" and "bad skis", they all get wrecked in the end, and even still, to get wrecked enough so you cant ride them anymore should take a long time, regardless of how you ski.
